28No action, application or other proceeding lies or shall be instituted against any of the following persons in relation to anything done or purported to be done in good faith, or in relation to anything omitted in good faith, under this Act or the Cannabis Retailers Licensing Act by the person:
(a)
a director or officer, or former director or officer, of a service provider;
(b)
any other member or former member of the board of directors of a service provider;
(c)
any employee or former employee of a service provider;
(d)
an inspector or peace officer; and
(e)
any other person who exercises a power or performs a duty under this Act or the Cannabis Retailers Licensing Act.
